Mr. Gustavo Cudell has ceased his role as CEO of CUDELL – Engenharia & Serviços, S.A. and will remain as Advisor of the Management in the future.
The new Board consists of Mr. Thomas Armerding and Mr. Frank Schmidt from HANSA-FLEX.
